Pacific Northwest Native. Puzzle Lover. Knowledge Junkie.
Meet Tiffany Lounsbury (she/her), the face behind Analog Orchid. Tiffany began her early career with a degree in Business Administration. After somehow landing a job in real estate in the 2008 recession, she lived happily in that space for almost eleven years. In early 2020, Tiffany quit her job to pursue a new one, but life had very different plans. By Fall 2022 she had decided to enroll in the Digital Media Arts program at Clark College. Here, she learned about the Adobe Creative Suite and how to edit video in Premiere Pro. Something about editing felt like a giant puzzle and Tiffany was hooked.
As part of her digital identity, Tiffany created Analog Orchid. This moniker describes Tiffany’s personality and approach to her work. Analog - because she loves working with her hands and is very tactile. Tiffany appreciates traditional arts and crafts and believes they still hold value in a largely digital world. Orchid - because Tiffany is a rare find. She understands how to communicate and work with those in the art, business, and technical realms. She is also a sensitive soul, and much like an orchid, needs the right conditions to fully thrive. While orchids are delicate, they are also very strong and can survive in harsh conditions. Tiffany prides herself in using her softness and sensitivities as her greatest strengths.
When Tiffany is not busy in the digital world, she enjoys spending time with her husband Ryan. They love to hike, drink a cold microbrew, and take mini-adventures around town. When left to her own devices, you’ll find her crocheting, solving a Wordle or two, or baking up some delicious treats.
